Michele Cunneen's career in Lab Animal Medicine started with a part time job in college which led to the realization that a scientist who understood the animal models, animals, and the researchers needs could have an impact on the quality of science and the advancement of animal welfare. Michele has spent her 26 year career building animal facilities and animal care programs from the ground up at major academic and biotech companies. In 2003 Michele decided to take her knowledge and help start ups have all the advantages of an entire animal care group without the overhead.

Greg is an independent consultant for animal care and use programs specializing in program compliance, conflict resolution, and interactive problem solving. Greg is an ad hoc specialist consultant for AAALAC, and has 40 years experience in the lab animal science field. He also can provide expert guidance for facility design and renovation, program development and management, personnel training, IACUC training and organization/chairing of a committee, assisting investigators with protocol applications, grant writing, help with budgets and compliance with USDA, NIH/PHS, and state Fish and Game departments.
